April Happenings
April is packed full of great things happening at the Library!
The Library will have a new selection of books out April 1st ready for Patrons to check out. There is a great variety this month of adult fiction, non fiction and children’s book available. Also some new classic Disney DVD’s for the kids.
We will also be featuring a selection of William Allen White Award books!
April 9th Carnegie Kids Club will meet at 4:30pm for a fun craft!
April 8th & 22nd Mommy & Me will meet at 10:30am for story time, craft, and treat!
April 19th-26th is National Library Week! We will be celebrating all week with a cookie cake on Monday, free books throughout the week in thanks to our wonderful patrons for supporting us, and a Stuffed Animal Sleep Over Friday-Saturday. The theme for National Library Week is “Find Your Joy”. We hope you will join us and “find your joy”!
Also, we will have a new Story Trail up in April, featuring the book The Hidden Rainbow by Christie Matheson. Please check it out at the Canton Park and let us know how you like it!
April 28th Book Club will be meeting at 7pm. They are reading Yellow Face by R. F. Kuang
